If you feel that you have been improperly represented in a real estate transaction, you may wish to file a complaint. Many times, however, misunderstanding occurs due to a lack of communication and KAR encourages you to follow these steps before approaching the board:

If the issue is not resolved, discuss the concern with your REALTOR®'s managing broker.
